Whe have seen lately this trend adds to female shoes a rocker style with spikes. The pioneer of the trend is Christian Louboutin, designer has been creating tendencies with their sculptural shoes. As any trend we had the advantage to get affordable brands from designers as Jeffrey Campbell, Sam Edelman (my favorite one), River Island y Zigini.
As you have seen here and here I am following this trend and is my favorite one right now. Would you try this it?

Afortunadamente al ser una tendencia nos deja opciones mas terrestres de Diseñadores como Jeffrey Campbell, Sam Edelman (mi favorito), River Island y Zigini.

The weather has been crazy lately but we should be thankful for the beautiful sunset we have each single day. I took the advantage to put together a golden outfit and feel myself part of the awesome phenomenon. I don’t know if you remember but I am madly in love with this magic and sparkle color. It is a fact, you’ll see more than once me wearing sparkle outfits this season.

It is official 2012 has begun and I finished my own vacations, today I woke up early and I begun to work on the first outfit post of the year.

Hoy es el primer día laboral y yo dí por terminadas las auto vacaciones que había tomado, me levanté temprano y aquí estoy posteando el primer outfit del año y con el estrenando mis Adena de Sam Edelman en el blog.

Embellished collars have turned into main character, I love the way this micro trend dress up any classic outfit. We have seen many styles from romantic pearls to rocker studded. If we remember Jason Wu showed many embellished collars in his last SS 2012. My favorite one!
El cuello de la blusa se ha convertido en protagonista de los looks, micro-tendencia que me encanta, por que tiene el poder de trasformar las clásicas blusas en piezas inimaginables. Empezamos viendo cuellos con tímidos bloques de color y día a día evolucionan con diferentes aplicaciones. Lo hemos visto con tachas, lentejuelas, perlas, brillantes y más. De hecho candidato perfecto para DIY.

Although I bought these Frye boots some months ago, I haven’t found the perfect moment to show you an outfit with them. As you see those are perfect to long walk in the city and really needed to add this western- vintage style to my closet. Fortunately, the weather in Lima is not hot defined yet, so I can take the advantage to wear them.
Estas botas Frye no son una nueva adquisición, de hecho las he usado a morir en NYC, pero no había encontrado la ocasión perfecta para presentarlas en un outfit. Como pueden ver cumplen el requisito indispensable para ser compañeras de largas caminatas en la ciudad, además de agregar el toque western vintage que mi closet necesitaba. Afortunadamente, el clima de Lima no termina de definirse y me da la oportunidad de seguir usando mis adoradas bebes.
